About. The Business of Being a Notary:

The program is delivered in small groups (no more than 5 notaries) over Zoom). Attendees are invited choose topics of personal interest from the groupings below. We aim to make these sessions as useful and appropriate to you as we can – it’s not possible to cover everything about the business of being a notary in a few hours!
As an introduction, or taster, to our consultancy and mentoring services, a Zoom session is offered. Attendees are invited choose topics of personal interest from a list or business related topics – Download the information sheet here.

This new program is mainly aimed at full time notaries, or solicitor-notaries.
If you are you struggling with conflicts of interest, trying to balance your time between ongoing matters and the transactional nature of notary work, or consider that your notarial work should be better integrated with the solicitor’s work – you will find this program useful and helpful.

The Format:
