Used by dozens of notaries up and down the country, the ‘famous’ LCS Client Registration Form is now available for use online under the name “RedSeal“! It’s super-efficient, very easy to use and clients love it.
We set you up with a Master form that includes your trading name and full terms and conditions.
You email the link to your potential client (or hand them an iPad in the office to use) they complete and sign the form and just click to send. Confirmation emails are sent.
The really good thing is that the client’s details are automatically entered into to your Notarial Protocol. You can access this ‘master client register’ online – any time and from anywhere – to check an entry, make any changes necessary and add additional information needed for compliance purposes.
A hosted webpage and backend database that is private, secure and fully compliant with all the Faculty Office rules and regulations.
COST: there is a setup charge – depending on your specific requirements - and ongoing monthly hosting fees from £25.
TERMS: the minimum contract length is 5 months; notaries may cancel the service by giving 2 months written notice. Data is returned to you in CSV format (Excel). All data is removed from our servers 2 months after termination of the contract.
